Refund Eligibility

The refund request must be made within 30 days of your original purchase.
The refund applies to all digital products sold under the TikTok Members Program.
Since the Starter Kit is digital, there is nothing to return.
One refund per customer, per product.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@exclusivevault.net with the subject line "Refund Request".
Include your full name, the email address used for the purchase, and the order number from your confirmation email.
We will process the refund within 5–7 business days through our authorized payment processor.

After the 30-Day Window

Refund requests after 30 days are evaluated case by case. While we cannot guarantee a refund after this window, we encourage you to reach out — we will do our best to help.

Important Notes

All products are digital. Refunds are processed through our authorized payment processor and may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
