We retain your account information for as long as you maintain an active account. After account closure, billing records are kept for tax and legal compliance for 5 years; other personal data is deleted within 90 days.

10. International Users

The Kit is operated from Brazil. If you access from another jurisdiction, your information may be transferred to and processed in Brazil. By using the Starter Kit, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days prior to taking effect.
